We have different running groups that can cater to everyone's needs.

We have our general open, beginners sessions on a Wednesday and Saturdays


Tuesdays and Thursdays we are now running two ability groups for 18's and overs

SG1 is suitable for experienced to advanced runners and generally has runs of around 5 to 7 miles
SG2 has recently started from the successful Couch 2 5 K groups. has runs of around 3 to 4.5 miles

Both groups operate on a pack/road/hill run session and track interval training
SG1 Road run is Tuesday and Track Thursday, SG2 is opposite with its track on Tuesday and Road on Thursday

We have a one month trial membership that starts with your first booking. you will need to fill in the Trial membership form, you will then get an automatic reply telling you how to book the online sessions
