Are training sessions run on the track or road ?
We run all the tuesday and thursday sessions on the Track.
This gives you a safe enclosed enviroment, where you can run at your pace and not worry about being left behind.
How long are the sessions
The length of the sessions do vary, but typically around 30 mins

The session is broke up into three sections
What Is Couch to 5k
Couch to 5K is a running plan for absolute beginners, the plan involves 3 runs a week, with a day of rest in between, and a different schedule for each of the 9 weeks. This plan has been used by thousands of people.
How do i register for the course
to register for the course is easy, just email your interest to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the full plan and registration form to you by email.
Do I need to attend every session
No you do not need to attend every session, we understand that you may not be able to make every session. we supply you with the plan and a weekly email.
How often do i train
The couch to 5k course is based on three training sessions a week. we run two of these sessions for you. you will need to run one session in your own time
