all the sessions are ruin on the track, this is a safe enclosed area. so you cannot get left behind

We understand that everyone is busy and you may not be able to attend all sessions, we give everyone the 9 week plan. so you can try and run the session on your own

All our Run leaders are DBS checked, we can allow anyone from the age of 12 upwards to Join in on the course.
