AGM
The clubs Annual General Meeting is upon us.
This meeting is used to mark the end of a year for the club and is where committee members and officers are elected.
We're always on the lookout for anyone who can contribute in any way to the behind the scenes part of the club.
If you have any skills that may be of use or just want to help out we'd love to have you along
Date and Time: Tuesday 8th April - 20:30
Location: Club house at The Pingles Stadium
Couch to 5k Graduation
We're reaching the end of another succesful Couch to 5k course and we'll be doing a parkrun volunteer takeover at Bedworth parkrun this Saturday (15th March) If you're around to volunteer, just cheer everyone on or run with our graduates you'd be most welcome.
If we fill all the volunteer slots it would be great if we're able to put some pacers out on the course.
If you need any information email comms@nuneatonharriers.org.uk

Renewals
Membership renewals are due. Unfortunately, there has been a cost increase for the first time since before covid mostly in part due the increased costs of the England Athletic component of the fee over the last few years. That part goes directly to EA and we've swallowed that cost up until now.
EA's details about this year's registration fees are here
Please do complete the membership form here.
Any questions please email membership@nuneatonharriers.org.uk
Officials Course
Running events can't happen without officials and the club are on the lookout for people who are interesting in getting involved with officiating.
A lot of course are online to make them more convenient but there is an in person Level 1 officials training courses coming up for those who prefer their training to be 'face to face' - there will be one held on Sunday 13th April at Alexander stadium. All disciplines are being covered. There is a competition in the afternoon at which we hope that attendees will want to stay and put into practice what they have learnt. Details for booking on the course can be found at https://www.athleticshub.co.uk/course-list/eng?type=1... Please share with club parents/members etc. All welcome.
If you want any more information about this please do drop an email to comms@nuneatonharriers.org.uk and we can put you in touch with one of the many experienced officials we have at the club

Podcast Recommendation
You may have seen marathon legend Paula Radcliffe at Tokyo marathon for her first go at 26.2 miles since she retired ten years ago with a super time of two hours, 57 minutes and 26 seconds.
In the lead up to that she released a podcast to pass on some of her training wisdom.
It's worth a worth a listen!
