The table provides an estimate of your potential at different distances. For example, if you have run 10k in 36 minutes then with appropriate training for the distance you may hope to cover a marathon in 2:55 or a mile in 5 minutes. The important point is that you need training for the distance.

Use this UNIVERSAL ENTRY FORM to enter races. It is in the standard format that is acceptable to most race organisers. Don't forget to include the payment and a stamped, self-addressed envelope for confirmation of your entry
